How often does session occur?
This is up to you! Session can take place on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. I strongly recommend starting with weekly sessions so we can deepen our connection to the therapeutic space. We can always adjust your cadence based on your current need.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! Please find me on Alma to see if I am in-network with your insurance provider.
Where is therapy done?
For now, therapy is done virtually. In order to participate in session you must be physically located in the state of NY. My hope in the future is to have a mix of in person & online options!
How much does session cost?
The cash rate for sessions in $160.00. I do offer a sliding scale and would be happy to answer any questions around this when we meet for a consult!
Is there a cancelation fee?
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session you will be charged half of the cash price ($80.00)
